We are a farm-to-the-crème de cacao (and by-products) makers located in Nicaragua. Our Process begins with the selection of the cacao beans. We grow, harvest, ferment, dry and select our own cacao, from the Criollo and Trinitario sort. The complete transformation from the cacao bean to our exclusive Crème de Cacao occurs in our own factory in Rivas, Nicaragua. The plantation is based on the principle of sustainable agriculture in harmony with nature.
